职位描述
岗位职责：1、参与上游工艺开发相关生产设备的选型及URS的准备Participation in equipment selection and URS preparation in upstream cell culture lab2、参与上游实验室设备的FAT、SAT、安装和测试Participation in FAT、SAT、installation, and testing of the upstream lab equipment in cell culture lab.3、准备上游工艺技术转移文件，撰写相关技术实施方案与报告To be responsible for preparation the documentation of tech transfer，authoring related testing protocol and report.4、确认转移工艺，建立缩小工艺模型, 保证生产放大工艺To be responsible for process verification, establishing the scale-down model, ensure process scale up5、参与负责工艺表征，验证等相关工作To be responsible for upstream process characterization, validation, and related works.6、参与支持项目从CMO或新药开发部门的技术转移，与技术转移同事密切配合，审阅相关文件，设计补充实验，并全方面顺利与生产对接。Participate in the support of projects from the CMO or the new drug development department of technology transfer, in close coordination with the colleague of technology transfer, review documents and design experiment, and all aspects of the smooth docking with the production.7、负责上游实验室管理，设备仪器清洁维护，文件分发回收，耗材原材料购买，和实验室内相关区域的清洁。Responsible for laboratory management, upstream equipment instrument cleaning maintenance, file distribution recycling, supplies of raw materials purchase, and the laboratory related area clean.任职要求：1、本科或以上学历，药学，生物工程或生物化学专业；或大专教育学历，专业能力表现卓越Bachelor or above degree in Pharmacy, Bio-Engineering or Biochemistry; alternatively, or associate degree with excellent competence2、熟悉上游细胞培养技术和工艺开发放大转移，包括细胞复苏，扩增培养，收获及物料澄清，至少能熟练操作一种反应器Familiar with upstream culture techniques and scale up and tech transfer, including vial thaw, cell expansion, harvest and clarification, familiar with at least one kind of bioreactor.3、生物制药行业3年以上制药经验At least three years of practical experience in Bio-pharmaceutical industry4、英语水平良好，会熟练使用电脑Good English at reading & writing and computer skills 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
