POSITION SUMMARYProject Management and Operations· Providing technical and project administration support during project planning, executionand close-out (e.g. project approval/contract initiation/draft, budget monitor and control,change control, milestone maintenance, invoice reconciliation, records managementsupport, etc.).· Acting as point of contact between the Health outcomes scientific staff and ExternalSourcing and Budgeting and Procurement and Legal, to implement and create contracts andconfidentiality agreements with Third Party Organizations (TPO).· Managing the timeline and information of projects and publications and resolve issuesduring the process of the projects and publications.JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIESACCOUNTABILITIES:The responsibilities of the Health Outcome Specialist include, but are not limited to:Execution of Project and Business Management Processes· Drive the administrative aspects of project management processes across multipleteams.· Monitor and update milestones for Health outcomes studies as needed; communicate toproject owners/scientific leaders regarding upcoming milestones and escalating issuesappropriately for proactive issue resolution.· Participate and support tasks related to annual business planning process in closepartnership with scientists.· Participate in project/process review meetings (i.e. after action reviews) to identify issuesand strengths and help capture leanings.· Monitor and track completion of quality requirements for projects ensuring deliverableshave met all internal requirements.· Proactive management of project planning and financial updates during the quarterlyforecasting process.External Sourcing· Point of contact for the project initiation process between the scientist, procurement, andexternal sourcing; and contact for the TPO assessment between the scientist, quality,compliance and external sourcing.· Generate contracts with third parties, as needed, working with the local legal,procurement and finance teams to facilitate the process.· Effectively resolve queries in a timely manner.· Communicate with third parties establishing and managing effective relationships.Project Data and Information Stewardship· Identify issues and project cost and milestones variances that need resolutioncommunicating these to scientists.· Highlight any timeline issues that prevent the reliable delivery of projects, advising onprocess, contracting and third party relationship issues.· Facilitate records management to ensure compliance with quality standards andprocedures including; keep appropriate study folders/records current and up to date inaccordance with the published file standards.· Conduct the internal process for disclosures of Health outcomes, e.g. Quality review,Data vision and LIBRA, etc.; and manage the timeline for the disclosures.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS· Bachelor degree or local equivalent in a relevant field such as public health, healtheconomics, etc.· Relevant experience in health outcome related field.· Good communication skills both written and oral with fluency in English.· Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.If you are interested in this position, pls send me your resume to Apple.Tang@docsglobal.com 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
