职位描述： ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Process Development Chemist, you will be responsible for- Lead projects of the design of new synthetic routes for clients unique compounds-Develop processes from laboratory scale to multiple Kg production-Liaise closely with clients and providing technical expertise in client meetings-Mentor, guide, and develop staff utilizing transparent methods with an emphasis on both metrics and open dialogue to support a positive departmental and corporate culture.-Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with peers and other company staff.-Outward facing responsibilities include presentations at conferences, contributing to scientific journal articles, and staying abreast of current science and trends.-Some travel required (conferences, CROs, etc.)Qualifications-PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry with an additional 5 years research experience in academia or industry-Process scale up experience up to multiple Kg and an excellent knowledge of synthetic chemistry route design and problem solving-Sound scientific judgment, an excellent problem solver and quality-driven, as well as able to communicate clearly and work as an effective member of a team-Demonstrated management, leadership and teamwork skills.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient oral and written skills in both English and Mandarin.-Enthusiasm and passion to for conducting creative scientific research. 职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员 关键字： Director, Process
