职位描述： Responsibilities?Manage the Pharmacokinetics Section consisting of rodent PK, large animal PK, formulation and Study Director groups with over 100 technical staff.?Manage the daily operation of the PK Section to achieve constant improvement in capabilities and operational efficiency. Accountable for complying to animal welfare policies and other regulations.?Manage multiple client accounts to achieve client satisfaction and eventually revenue growth.?Identify and establish appropriate new assays and technologies relevant to PK characterization.?Involvement in departmental strategic planning.?Serve as a mentor and educator to subordinates and promote full career development potential, utilizing transparent methods with an emphasis on both metrics and open dialogue to support a positive departmental and corporate culture.?Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with peers and other company staff.?Outward facing responsibilities include presentations at conferences, contributing to scientific journal articles, and staying abreast of current science and trends.?Some travel required (conferences, CROs, etc.)Qualifications?PhD in pharmacokinetics, pharmacology or related areas along with 5 or more years of relevant industrial experience.?Strong capability and track record of DMPK representation in support of drug discovery and/or preclinical programs. A track record of drug candidate progression (preclinical nomination, IND, etc.) and broad familiarity with drug discovery and development.?Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing filing documentations (IB, CTD, etc.) and preferably experience in clinical PK functions.?People management experience and problem solving (scientific and managerial) skills and ability to promote an open-team oriented environment.?An outstanding record of publications in PK/ADME-related journals.?Demonstrated management, leadership and teamwork skills.?Proficient oral and written skills in both English and Mandarin.?Sound scientific judgment, Excellent problem solving skills and quality-driven.?Enthusiasm and passion to for conducting creative scientific research.?Ability to work independently to achieve goals and to handle multi-tasks simultaneously. 职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员 关键字： 药代动力学
