Responsibilities:-Systematically improve Helm’s API business in China. Establish China as a lead purchase market for Helm Pharma worldwide-Work pro-actively and closely with business line to take advantage of viable market opportunity for current products-Identify suppliers/customers and in collaboration with business line, negotiate and conclude purchases or sales in optimal conditions for Helm-Monitor market trends and propose new opportunities to colleagues overseas-Build a motivated team of competent and dedicated employees to achieve objectivesDetailed job responsibilities will be discussed during interview.Territory:Entire ChinaReporting to:Managing DirectorSubordinate:Product Manager and Audit ManagerLocation:Shanghai. Extensive travel in China requiredRequirements:Education-Bachelor’s degree or above in a pharmaceutical-related majorExperience-Very solid personal network within local pharma industry and its producers-Very solid knowledge of local and international regulations for pharmaceutical industry-Minimum 10 years of practical work experience in sourcing of pharmaceutical products in China-Familiar with international guidelines and EU regulatory requirements, such as CEP, DMF-Team management experience a plus-Work experience at a western enterprise a plusPersonal Profile-Strong self-motivation and ownership-Willingness and ability to keep learning-Think and act like an entrepreneur-Strategic thinking, planning and organization skills-Business acumen-Strong negotiation skills and ability to achieve results-Well-organized-Problem prevention attitude, particularly regarding regulations and commercial risks-Team leadership and good communications skillsLanguages-Fluent Chinese-Excellent English skills, spoken and written, CET-6 or above 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
