? Execute formulation development activities1. Performing hands on execution of experiments in laboratory2. Prototyping3. Material Characterization (product and ingredients)4. Accelerated Stability Studies to screen prototypes5. Quality by Design – Design of Experiments Execution6. Initial Process Design7. Drafting Formulation Development Reports? Help execute Formulation Development strategy for assigned projects? Clearly identify and escalate formulation issues to supervisor and project team? Test potential formulations by:1. Working with cross-functional project team to determine experimental and stability test requirements2. Reviewing with cross-functional project team on data and conclusions for product testing and stability? Laboratory support activitiesa. Formulation equipment “owner” as a subject matter expert1. Raw Material Ordering and Naming2. Ensure equipment is in working orderQualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position:? A Bachelor’s degree in Science, or international equivalent, with 5 or more years of proven experience.? A Master’s degree or higher, in Science, or international equivalent, with 3 or more years of proven experience.? Hands-on experience with TCM technique.? Understand and follow GMP / SOP requirements.? Must have working knowledge of product manufacturing process.? Must have working knowledge of various types of software such as MS Office.? Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.?
