职位描述

Job Description:?Responsible for financial, business and controlling?Responsible for monthly and yearly closing of local accounts?Responsible for monthly timely and correct P/L, tax and cash flow reporting to Corp, finance according to Group accounting policy?Responsible for efficient and high quality budgeting processes & reporting at country level?Ensure business support from an efficient Finance operation?Ensure cash management optimization within the country?Roll-out in the country of the finance strategy decided by the Global Finance Board and deliver the country part of the strategy?Facilitate that the country operating according to group business ethics policy?People development (daily coaching and on-job training)Qualification:?Master or Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or related?More than 8 years’ working experience with at least 3 years of experience from global company/major business unit?Fluent in business English?Experience within local accounting & tax rules?Experience of Navision or ERP system will be preferred?Flexible, able to handle a variety of tasks and able to work effectively with othersOther Requirements:?Robust and accountable personality with strong business drive?Strong accounting/financial analysis abilities?Excellent communication skills – demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional team in a global environment?Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables?Excellent influencing ability to meet/exceed business expectations 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
