Day to Day Responsibilities:The person is responsible for delivering products and technical training for both China local customers and oversea customers.The person is responsible for carrying out experiments with high complexity. The person filling the position is responsible for generating testable hypotheses based on customer requirement, developing test plan, executing study, analyzing results and delivering report in a scheduled time.The person filling this position is expected to work independently, and has strong team spirit to collaborate with peers with multi-discipline background.The person should have strong and sensitive commercial sense, and has the ability to find valuable research area and potential external collaboration opportunities.Education & Experience:Master degree or above, 3+ years’ work experience after graduateMajor in cell biology or other related life science subjectsRequired Skills:Rich cell culture experience is necessaryFluent in both English and Chinese of Oral and WrittenBe able to perform scientific presentation in Chinese and English fluentlyGood communication and coordination skills, and good at problem solvingStem cell culture, cell therapy, 3D cell culture, large scale cell expansion related work experience is preferred.Cell based drug development work experience is preferredFACs analysis and cell transfection experience is preferredGlobal company lab work experience is preferredGood personalities: patient and easy-goingHave the capability of working on multiple projectsBe good at MS Office 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
