Primary Function:Undertake day-to-day operations within the Pharmacology Discipline under the direction of Team Leader. Be an instrumental member of a team engaged in testing agents in pre-clinical in vitro and in vivo models of cancer and autoimmune disease.Major Responsibilities and Duties:1) Tissue culture and PD sample analysis with Western blot, ELISA, FACS.2) Undertake daily lab operation work within the discipline as required.3) Work with external partners and CROs to conduct the study4) The experiment design delivery of high quality in vitro and in vivo data as agreed with the team leader or project supervisor5) Providing expert interpretation of the data, identifying innovative solutions to problems and putting forward plans for further experiments6) Communicating data and key findings in a clear and concise manner, demonstrating a good understanding of its implications within the overall context of the project7) Organize, report and communicate study outcome to the project team.8) Maintain clear records of experimental work.9) Perform multi-tasks and participate in several projects simultaneously. 10) Work closely with scientists from other divisions, such as antibody discovery, biology groups, etcQualifications:1) PHD in immunology or pharmacology with a minimum of 1 year's hands-on experience working with in vitro molecular, cell biology and pharmacology-related techniques which are relevant to cancer research, target validation and compound profiling such as growth inhibition and cytotoxicity assays, western blotting, cell cycle analysis and flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence imaging2) Good English skills both in oral and written.3) Passion for research with can-do attitude and problem-solving skills 4) Good communication skills and an ability to work independently within a team and in a project-oriented environment are essential 职能类别： 医药技术研发人员 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 新药研发 科学家 实验 免疫 肿瘤
