Job Description: The employee is allocated to one or more projects as Junior Architect. The employee is, within the contractual frame for the project, responsible for securing that architecture design is executed according to the customer’s requirements and expectations, as well as contributing towards an efficient project execution in accordance with the time schedule, price and quality. This will take place through: A close dialog with the Lead Architects concerning the project scope and customers requirements.Assist the Architects in ensuring good design quality output in compliance with relevant procedure and standards.Knowledge of Chinese local regulatory requirements and standards.Cross disciplinary coordination of own work.Skilful usage of AutoCAD etc. relevant architectural design 2D & 3D software.Qualification: Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or related field. Master software like MS Office, Auto CAD, 3D Studio Max, Sketch up, and Adobe Photoshop etc. relevant architectural design 2D & 3D software. Some analysis-calculation software experience is preferred like energy saving calculation software. 0-1 year’s experience in engineering company and local Design Institute. Good written and spoken English. Site support.
