职位描述
Key accountabilities:？ Responsible for LSS related activities for Wuxi site？ Facilitate and promote 5S and golden idea implementation？ Discover, identify wastes in plant operation by VSM or data analysis. Drive and implement improvement projects to increase work efficiency, reduce waiting time, and shorten cycle time in business process？ Decomposition of high level business goals into actionable goals for the related departments to achieve？ Take part in delivering Green Belt training and mentoring Green Belt projects？ Identify cost saving opportunities and allocate cost savings to each department.？ Participate in daily administration for LSS such as updating LSS scorecard, business scorecard and cost savings.？ Drive the implementation of key initiatives to improve process efficiency and lower the operation cost.Requirements:？ Bachelor of science or related fields？ 5 or more years working experience？ Familiar with Microsoft Office software and statistical software Minitab？ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt？ Previous working experience in biopharmaceutical R&D, or production preferred 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： CI Lean
