职位描述

Project management & support1. Develop project management plan & site monitoring plan, and also ensure the compliance.2. Make sure project quality, timeline and budget under control and meet BD requirements. 3. Oversee all project related procedures, including but not limited to site selection, initiation, monitoring and closure. 4. Oversee CRO performance, to make sure the delivered results meet BD requirements.5. Provide leadership to study team during problem solving and risk management.6. Contribute to the development of clinical trial plan, protocol, CRF, study report and publications.GCP compliance 1. Ensure project is performed, recorded and reported in accordance with protocols, SOPs, GCPs and other applicable regulation requirements. Stakeholder management1. Coordinate internal and external resources and effective communicate with internal and external stakeholders during trial execution.2. Maintain good relationship with key investigators.Requirements:1. Bachelor Degree is required;2. At least 5 years in clinical research and 3 years’ experience of project management; (associate manager)1 years’ experience of project management3. Medical Device clinical operation experience is preferred;4. Medical, Biology education or working experience background is preferred;5. Demonstrated good knowledge of the CFDA regulations, ICH-GCP, GCP(CFDA);6. Good planning, organizing, team-work, leadership and communication skills;7.
