职位描述
Description for the position: To actively support daily business and management supporting and fulfill routine activities for company. Major responsibilities include: Support business promotion events of EpiSkin modelsPerform routine information & documentationSupport daily SEB business management workAssist and deal with regular affair related to Zhangjiang office and its maintenance Support routine logistics work related to model delivery, production and material inventory, etc… Required qualification: Bachelor degree or equivalent in business or biotechnology with solid business and/or management assistant training, having 2-5 years proven-track business and/or management assistant working experience. Good customer service and client communication skills, good image and on-site problem solving skills are required. Be highly self-motivated and well organized. Independent and multi-tasking with team work spirit, dedicated and excellent internal communication and coordination skills are required.ISO / logistics experience would be a plus.
