Timely report and record any inconsistency with the procedures and normal production processes, to ensure the problems can be disposed in time and the original information is accurate and complete.严格执行公司操作程序，对任何与程序和正常生产流程不一致的情况，及时汇报和记录，确保问题的及时处理和原始信息的准确和完整。?Operation运作?Complete routine production tasks independently according to arrangements and standard operating procedures, such as cleaning and clearance, the receipt of materials, feeding, equipment operation, the cleaning of containers and tools, process control, etc. Accomplish the recording of operation process and the input and output of SAP / MES system, ensure implementation of the production plan.根据生产工作安排和标准操作程序，独立完成日常生产任务，如清洁清场、物料接收、加料、设备操作、容器及工具清洁、生产过程控制等，及时完成操作过程的记录填写和SAP/MES系统数据的输入和输出，保证生产计划的实施。?Promptly dispose conventional equipment problems based on relevant standard operating procedures, report transnormal issues to reduce machine standstill time.根据相关标准操作程序的要求，及时处理常规的设备问题，汇报超出常规的问题，减少机器停顿时间。?Manage the tools and supplies of shift production site, lead and maintain 5S of packaging area, assure clean and orderly working environment.管理当班生产现场的工具、耗材，领导和维持包装区域的5S工作，保证清洁、有序的工作环境。?Personnel management人员管理职责?Collection packaging production data, participate in level meeting, convey information and carry out relevant measures promptly, support and coordinate group operators to make sure the implementation of measures and production plans.收集包装生产数据，参与层级会议，及时传达信息和执行相关措施，支持和协调本组操作人员的工作，确保措施的执行和生产计划的顺利实施。?Cultivate new staffs according to job qualification assessment, to ensure the training is completed effectively on schedule.根据上岗资格考核模板对新员工进行培训和指导，确保培训的按时完成和有效性。?Finance财务?Participate in the investigation of abnormal events and improvement activities or projects, to improve the function of packaging equipment and packaging operations processes.参与异常事件调查、改善活动和项目，以改进包装设备功能和包装操作流程。?Other relevant tasks assigned by company.除以上职责外公司安排的其它职责。Job Requirements 任职要求1.Key Performance Indicators 关键绩效指标?Quality : No human error deviation 质量 : 人为错误偏差?Safety : No unsafe behavior 安全: 没有不安全的行为发生?
