JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and expanding Welch Allyn products business for assigned territory by developing regional distribution channels and visiting both regular and new customers to canvas for orders for all Welch Allyn products. Also be involved in planning sales strategies for selecting, training, and developing dealers, or distributors as well as participating government tenders. Ultimately responsible for attaining annual sales goals throughout the assigned territory. To convey the Hill-Rom quality message throughout all interactions with colleagues and customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: – Other duties may be assigned: General responsibilities include: The FLC-WA sales is responsible for the commercial success (growth in revenue, profitability and market share) of WelchAllyn products within China. These responsibilities are translated into three main areas of action. -Develop and tailor local marketing material (sales presentation, tender specifications) & Marketing initiatives (promotion program) to support the major local FLC-WA sales projects -Develop a deep understanding of the local market in order to influence and adapt the corporate and regional-level product and marketing strategies. -Develop and maintain KOLs (Key Opinion Leader) relationship of FLC-WA with support from Marketing. Specific responsibilities include: The FLC-WA sales is a team player who must coordinate with a variety of company functions, including GSS&PSS regional sales, customer services, marketing, and regulatory as well as upstream marketing from different manufacture location. Primary business target: -Implement the region growth strategy of FLC-WA, focus on Strong hold & must win territories -Define & develop effective channel to sell our product solution in the responsible regions. -Penetrate into premium Private and foreign investment hospitals in the responsible regions. -Create and Nurture relationships with regional 3A hospitals and CHC KOLs. -Work with local distributor &dealers to set up regional Hill-Rom FLC-WA reference site. -Provide sufficient support on local big projects, including customer presentation, tender configuration, product demonstration & if needed the final negotiation. -Provide continuous product and clinical training to the local dealers and distributors. -Introduce or develop appropriate selling tools & training materials. -Competitors’ products training and feedback about competitors’ marketing activities. -Manage products locally throughout their life cycles -Develop a deep understanding of the local market in order to influence and adapt the corporate and local product and marketing strategies -Understand customers (clinicians and patients) and their needs -Understand customer usage patterns and purchasing decision criteria for Hill-Rom products to identify product strengths and weaknesses -Understand the customer environment and identify unmet needs -Understand customer segments EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 5 years in sales/marketing position in healthcare, clinical background strongly preferredOpen minded and hard working Excellent communication skill and presentation skillExcellent interpersonal skill50% travelling Fluent in English will be plusBachelor or Master degree, major in healthcare will be a plus 职能类别: 医疗器械销售代表 关键字: 渠道销售
