职位描述： 药物分析研究总监/高级经理-注射剂/控缓释药物优先岗位职责：1.负责仿制药部门中间体/原料药/制剂在研发过程中的分析方法学开发，验证，并对研发提供相应的指导；2.按照客户的需求，提供相应的检测方法文件，并解答客户在分析方法上的疑问，在分析方法转移时到客户公司进行现场指导和技术支持；3.合理安排分析组成员的日常工作，并对组员考核培训；4.按照CTD 格式，负责撰写编辑药品申报材料的分析部分；5.负责项目组之间的沟通协调工作，以保证研发项目的顺利开展。任职要求：1.分析化学, 药物分析、化学类相关专业，硕士以上学历（博士优先），3年以上药物分析研究经验；2.熟悉NMR/HPLC/GC/LC (GC)-MS/IR/KF/UV等设备的使用及检测方法学开发；能通过HPLC或GC对研发中操作单元中控；3.较强的分析和解决质量分析工作中出现的问题，完整规范的完成质量研究记录；4.领导能力工作责任心强、能吃苦耐劳、有良好的自律能力及服从性，有一定的沟通协调能力，富于团队精神；5.熟练的英文读写能力，能和外籍人士进行一般性沟通；6.对ICH 指导大纲和各个国家注册法规有一定的了解。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发人员 关键字： 药物化学 药物分析 分析研究 实验室经理
