Job DescriptionJob Title : Marketing SpecialistJob Location : ShanghaiReport to : Marketing Director POSITION SUMMARY This position performs a variety of administrative and business support to Marketing Director and the marketing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Personal support to Marketing Director including daily agenda management and travel management.2. Marketing team meetings and events support, including logistics arrangement and meeting minutes. 3. Support PVA product line’s marketing communication activities. 4. Support logistics arrangements and meeting arrangements for global visitors.5. Data collection and data analysis responsibilities for marketing teams. SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1. Customer focus and good communication skill 2. Good command of MS skill (Word, Excel and PowerPoint),especially profound PPT and excel skills3. Good English communication skill and written ability4. Interpersonal effectiveness5.
