1、Design, develop, validate and execute biochemical, molecular biological and cell-based assay, provide in vitro and in vivo screening supporting for antibody drug discovery projects, including cloning, protein expression, antibody production, FACS, various ELISA assay, target validation and therapeutic mAbs identification.2、Ability to meet project timelines and trouble-shooting skills.3、Work closely with other members in Research Department. Expected to reply project process and share data and verbally to discuss project progress, interpret and present data to other members.4、Perform other related duties as required and assigned.岗位要求：1.MS in immunology, molecular biology, cell biology or cancer biology with 3-4 industry experience, preferably in the immunology drug discovery industry.2.Solid knowledge and understanding on cell and molecular biology, cell signaling and preclinical drug discovery. Knowledge of pre-clinical safety and efficacy study of antibody drug development is a plus.3.Experience and proficiency in a wide range of mAbs production, plate-based biochemical and cell-based assay and other molecular or cell biological techniques.4.Good oral and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Chinese preferred).5.Good team workers. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
