职位描述

Duties and Responsibilities： Develop and propose bi-annual business plans for the territory, focusing on quarterly and annual sales objectives in accordance with overall Sales and Marketing plansDevelop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers within the territoryLocate new potential customers via prospecting, cold calling and setting up appointments with key decision makersFollow up on new leads and referrals generated through marketing activitiesPrepare price quotations, discounts and custom requests at the customers’ requestAttend conferences, trade shows and seminars as requiredDevelop and maintain deep product knowledge so as to be able to sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients on solutions that best meet their research needsProvide exceptional customer service and technical supportLiaise with Technical Support staff regarding difficult customer queriesDocument all communications and customer interactions in CRM database (SFDC)Provide feedback from the field to Sales Management about market dynamics, product performance, competition and market potentialPrepare proposals to respond to requests for custom orders Qualifications： BSc, MSc or PhD in Hematology, Immunology, Molecular Biology or an allied scienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic teamSales experience and additional languages would be assetsMust be legally eligible to work in China on an ongoing basis 职能类别： 销售代表 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 销售工作经验 外企经验优先 英语流利 相关专业背景 良好沟通技巧 良好组织能力
