职位描述
Location: Nanjing, Jiangsu, China Job Description: This person is responsible for the overall management of material research group. The successful candidate will lead the material research to further establish the internal database of pharmaceutical materials for 3D printing and provide expertise on drug development and equipment development from material science perspective, by coordinating closely with formulation scientists and equipment engineers. Responsibilities:Explore and screen pharmaceutical polymer excipients suitable for fused deposition molding and ensure that work is aligned with strategic prioritiesLead the research on material properties and formulations to expand company’s database of pharmaceutical materials for 3D printing Perform efficient collaboration with internal formulation scientists and engineers to facilitate the development of pharmaceutical productPay close attention to the latest development progress of related material and technology worldwideCooperate with the internal intellectual property lawyer to protect the technological innovation and trade secrets Working Condition: Report to both CEO and CSO Coordinate with Head of Technical Operation Internal work relationships: Lead material research scientists and work together with formulation scientists and equipment engineers External work relationships: Collaborate with material vendors and academic/ research institutions Basic Qualifications: PhD degree in polymer physics, polymer processing, or related majorsspan> Preferred Qualifications:Familiar with extrusion of thermoplastic polymersExperience and knowledge in pharmaceutical polymers is preferredFamiliar with principle and techniques of polymer blending and modificationKnowledge in rheology and hands on experience in rheological experimentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWilling to meet the challenges with entrepreneurial spirit 职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员
