Essential Responsibilities • Check and processing documentation from design • Registration of articles in ERP and PDM • Prepare purchasing specifications • Place orders and follow up • Logistic material handling in projects • Deal with operation issues at suppliers • Handling of change orders in production • Optimize ways of working within the operations team and make sure we have routines • Optimize workflow regarding production documentation together with design • Work with logistic improvements together with purchasing and design • Participate in design discussion in projects • Assist designers in discussions with suppliers • Handle investigations when there are unclarities with supplier invoices • Update Oracle list price with current values when sourcing articles • Work with suppliers to improve the delivery accuracy and response time of quotes, order confirmation etc. • Handle MIN/MAX planning for CBS stock material • Good knowledge in English, written and spoken About Us GE is the world's Digital Industrial Company, transforming industry with software-defined machines and solutions that are connected, responsive and predictive. Role Summary/Purpose CBS designs and develops customized large-scale hardware solutions within chromatography columns/systems and filtration systems. The equipment is delivered to customers all over the world. Qualifications/Requirements • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or above (Mechanics/Electrics/Chemical) • Master with 1+ years’ experience or Bachelor with 2+ years’ experience in process industry Desired Characteristics • Quality focus – produce product that meet the customer requirements. • Collaboration - easy to cooperate with other roles and persons within CBS and GE Globally. • Complete picture - make sure that a complete solution is designed where all included parts or products are contributing to meet the customer expectations. • Structured - have a good order of documentation, planning and issues • Technical view - be able to identify and solve technical problems • Customer focus – deliver in time and constantly meet customer expectations. • Good integrity. Able to speak his/her mind openly and get the message across. • Experience with external customer contacts, working in an international environment • Good Computer Skills • Able and willing to work in supplier’s site • Prepared to travel often inside or outside China • Experience from production or design of work of products for the Biopharmaceutical industry will be a plus 职能类别： 其他
