职位描述： 工作职责：1.Responsible for fulfill the service level agreement (SLA), KPIs, local reports, services quarterly business review (QBR) and lead the on-site team to conduct weekly reviews.2.Maintain site safety process and report for the findings/issues with the support of both VWR and Novartis EHS department.3.Supervise the daily operation of on-site service team with the support of team leads, encourage team to conduct the continuous improvement. Develop site service plan.4.Buildup and maintains the training system and plan and training of the technicians.5.Buildup and maintains the quality concept and documents.6.Manage project based activities and extra work.7.Manage sub-vendors in terms of delivery and quality performance.8.Review and support issue report and inventory management plan and report.9.Review and support media service monthly report, recipe including data and SOP including equipment.10.Responsible for on-site people management, including monthly assessment, quarter review, half year PMP and other VWR HR requirements. Part of the interviewing/ hiring/training of new employees. Approve Overtime, sign time cards, etc,.11.Single point of contact for the customer’s multi functions including Sci Ops, EHS, Refs, Quality, IT and other departments. Also provide proactive suggestions based on our experiences.12.Important point of on-site contact for the VWR internal communication.13.VWR internal coordinator, including applying for recognition card, person leave approve, expense approve, IT issue, inventory issue.14.Be as the backup of Support Technician Staff when needed.任职资格：?5 years lab management experience?Chemical/biology diploma?Experience of people management?Excellent English skill?Animal experiment experience is preferred 职能类别： 实验室负责人/工程师 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 动物房 实验室 主管 洗笼机 洗瓶机
