职位描述： POSITIONSUMMARYPrimaryresponsibility to sell technical products by working with current customers anddevelop new customers. Responsible for the needs analysis, development,negotiation, sale, installation or delivery and post-sale services to a groupof clients. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES Achieve individual and team sales target in China Coordinates with distributors on the execution of sales plans and programs. Supervises and trains sales of distributors Prepares reports on market trends, consumer habits and competitive activities. Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc. Calls on current and potential customers. Builds relationships with customers and maintains constant contact. Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts. Conducts sales training on products and selling techniques for distributors and direct retailers. SKILLS ANDABILITIES Good communication and negotiation skill Customer focus and result orientated Team player Good computer skill (word, excel, PowerPoint) DESIRABLE 5 years sales experience in Pharma/Food industry Experience in QA/QC department of pharmaceutical manufactory or lab is preferred University graduates, major in bio or pharmacy 职能类别：医疗器械销售代表
