职位描述： Responsibilities1.Provides overall strategic, scientific leadership in analytical subgroups for biologics discovery.2.Provide technical oversight to scientists and technical leadership on aspects of analytical function for a broad portfolio of biologics (Bispecific mAbs, sdAb, mAb and other therapeutic proteins)3.Develop and improve analytical platforms meet regulatory requirement for biologics4.Build new capabilities and optimize current service offering of bioanalytical service by evaluating new technologies/ equipment which can facilitate the discovery progress5.Works cross-functionally with internal partner to deliver the therapeutic candidates.Qualifications1.MS or Ph.D. degree in a relevant biopharmaceutical science, such as bioanalytical chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, etc. Good understanding of immunology/oncology/ structural biology is a plus.2.5+ years of industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience on protein/antibody assay development in the fields of biologics analytical area.3.Thorough knowledge of cGMP/GLPs in the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of the regulatory requirements in CMC development4.Familiar with biologics analytical method setup and validation requirements of FDA and EMA, extensive hand-on skills on using one or more of analytical tools for physicochemical property characterization: LC-MS, DSC, DLS, CD, CE, CIEF, UPLC and etc.5.Excellent written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English, and outstanding interpersonal skills to work across-functional teams, external contract organizations and senior management. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
