职位描述： 工作职责：1.根据项目团队和研究主管的要求，对实验工作进行细化，形成具体方案并执行。2.按照公司标准规范操作各类实验并按照要求进行实验记录。3.分析数据，撰写实验报告，向项目团队和研究主管汇报进展并对工作中的问题进行反馈。4. 做好公司分配的其他事务。应聘要求：1. 分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学、免疫学或相关专业硕士以上学历。2. 熟悉载体构建，分子克隆，实时定量PCR，小规模蛋白纯化等分子生物学或生物化学实验。3. 掌握细胞培养技术及各类细胞功能实验,熟悉转染、稳转细胞株构建、ELISA， western-blot或者流式细胞技术。4. 有DNA甲基化或表观遗传学研究领域工作和研究经验者优先。有工作经验者优先。5. 工作认真仔细不拖拉，能合理分配和安排好工作进度和时间管理。6. 熟练使用office和科研分析软件。7. 有较强的英语读写能力和听说能力。8.有独立工作能力和团队合作精神，有责任心，有较强的适应性，沟通能力强。9. 学习能力强，积极主动，性格开朗，有进取心。工作地可选上海、深圳或成都Job Responsibilities:1. Following the instructions of project team and group leader, design and perform the experiments in detail.2. According to the standard procedure, perform experiments and record the data.3. Data analysis and interpretation，trouble-shooting results，and report writing. Present data to group leader and project team and give feedback about the issues in daily work.4. Participate in other assignments of the company.Job Requirements:1.Master degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell Biology, immunology or related biology.2.Perform construct design, molecular cloning, small scale protein expression and affinity purification.3.Hands on experience in cell culture and cell-based assay.Familiarity with transfection, stable cell line development, ELISA, western-blot or FACS.4.Experience in epigenetic research is desired; Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechcompany is a plus.5.Detail-oriented, results-driven, with capability of time-management and multi-task management is essential.6.Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English are required.7.Familiar with office using; experience in scientific software using is a plus.8.Work independently; Team-work, flexibility, responsible.9.Communicate and self-motivated; desire to learn. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 分子生物学 实验 生物科技创新 表观遗传学 生物医药研发 肿瘤新药研发 硕士 张江 药谷 研究助理
