职位描述： 药品分析研究主管—制剂/注射剂方向优先 工作职责：负责新产品的分析方法学研究、质量标准的制定、稳定性研究等工作；撰写、整理新产品的分析实验方案、相关记录，提报相关申报资料；负责完成方法开发、方法验证及稳定性试验等，参与HPLC、GC等分析方法的开发及验证试验；撰写新产品的质量标准文献；协助生产基地完成方法学研究的转移工作；完成新产品的相关调研工作，查阅中外药物专业文献；完成新产品、对照品的检测、研发、标定等工作；组内仪器设备、耗材的维护与管理；负责质量研究相关工作的统筹规划，指导实验人员开展工作，对进度进行监控和跟踪，并及时汇报。职位要求：药物分析、分析化学、药物化学、有机化学及相关专业硕士及以上学历，3-5年以上工作经验；熟悉药品质量研究流程和技术。负责或全程参与过药品的质量研究与质量标准的建立，参与过注册申报资料的撰写；有丰富的分析方法开发、方法学验证及稳定性研究等相关经验，熟练掌握ICH、CFDA、Ch.P等相关指导原则；有制剂/注射剂/控缓释药物研究经验者优先；有较强的责任心和团队精神，工作主动积极，能吃苦耐劳，注重细节；有良好的英文读写能力，能熟练查阅英文文献或资料。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发人员 关键字： 药品分析主管 分析研究主管 分析研发 制剂 注射剂 药品研发 药物分析
