职位描述

职位描述： 1.参与抗体药物的制剂开发，分析解决出现的问题，及时整理汇报研究进展；2.参与抗体药物制剂工艺开发及相容性研究；3.参与项目IND申报材料的准备；4.负责制剂操作间及相关研究设备的清洁维护；5.上级分配的其它工作。职位要求：1.药学、生命科学等相关专业硕士及以上学历，要求2年以上抗体药物的研发经验；2.掌握抗体类药物的基本结构，及时跟进新上市抗体制剂的研究进展及发展趋势；3.具有至少两种制剂研究设备的使用经验，包括：DLS、DSC/DSF、FTIR/CD、AUC、MFI及HPLC等；4.具备独立思考能力，能主动分析解决实验中出现的问题；5.具有良好的敬业精神及较强的团队合作精神，对工作认真负责，具备一定的抗压能力；6.具有抗体药物制剂开发及蛋白结构解析经验者优先。 职能类别： 医药技术研发人员
