职位描述： 1、安排与社保定价部门的沟通会或研讨会，了解其对于与联康产品有关的定价政策的态度或趋势。 2、收集定价信息，为公司定价策略的执行和修正提供建议。 3、有效推进联康药品进入各省医保名单。4、支持商务和销售团队，通过与当地主管部门直接沟通解决城市或医院层面的定价、报销问题，指导商务经理解决医院层面的问题。5、与内部同事定期沟通近期发布或即将发布的政策，确保对相关政策有对应措施。 6、与相关政府部门建立良好关系。如当地社保部门，定价部门，医院招标部门。 任职要求：1、5年以上医药行业工作经验。2、1-2年政府事务工作经验。3、优秀的沟通和谈判技巧。4、对国内医药产业和市场有深入了解，熟悉政策。5、战略思考能力执行能力。6、良好的计划性，结果导向。Major Responsibilities：--- Conduct communication programs or workshops with authorities of pricing to understand their positions or attitude concerning about pricing policy or any trend of further actions related to Uni-Bio.--- Collect as much information regarding of pricing and RDL as can do, advise company realistic action plans in correspondence of any official price adjustment.--- Effectively work for GS to list it in target provincial RDL lists.--- Support commercial and sales team to solve any issues of pricing / reimbursement that happened in city or hospital level through direct communicate with local authority and instruct commercial managers to handle issues in hospitals.--- Regular communicate official update policies or events which happened, latest issued or ready to be issued soon to internal colleagues in case prepared actions need to be taken.--- Build a strong relationship with stakeholders (e.g. local social labour & security authority, price authority, hospital bidding office)Required Knowledge and Skill：–5+ years experience in specialty pharmacy industry–1-2years government affair experience.–Proven effective communication and negotiating skills–Good understanding and knowledge of China pharmaceutical industry and market, government policy and insight of authorities.–Strategic thinking and systematic implementation skills–Well-developed planning and resource allocation skills, results driven mindset–Able to work under pressure 职能类别： 政府事务管理
