职位描述： Responsibilities listed below do not represent the full scope of duties and responsibilities, but aims to be representative of the fundamentals expected of a Designer. It is implied that a R&D Design Engineer would be competent, and willing to undertake any task expected of a Designer.？Focus on 3D modeling (CAD), drafting, and the associate training, skill development to perform these tasks.？Create and implement engineering change instruction.？Assume responsibility for own design commitments delivering to agreed timescales in line with project plans, proactively manage the progress of design related ECO’s implementation.？Participate in cross functional projects.？Generate data and contribute required information for the Design History Files (DHF).？Interact routinely with related internal and external customers.？Know and follow company policies/procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.？Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area. Promote safety to all associates that enter work area.Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned. All employees are responsible for minimizing both the environmental and health and safety effects of the work that they perform.？University Degree，2+ years ExperiencePossess a mechanical design engineering background？Highly computer literate with 3D spatial awareness？Is proactive, demonstrating a high level of initiative？Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast paced-high pressured environment？Exhibits effective time management？Team working skills and flexibility are essential 职能类别： 医疗器械研发
