职位描述： Primary Summary:?Provide installation, maintenance, service, and commissioning for the dispensing product in China?Make the quality service to support the business development?Provide the daily technical support and service activities to ensure the end user satisfactory?Provide technical trainings to the customers?Provide technical hotline for distributor and customer?Can organize the work independent in a Home-OfficeReponsibilities:?Responsible for installing a wide range of products and services that involve extensive customer interaction.?Onsite support for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, service independently?Provide the professional service to ensure the customer’s satisfactory?Manage daily hotline calls and ability to analyze the errors in a logical way?Provide the training for the end user to ensure they can use the system properly?Support the business activities when neededRequirements:?Mechanical knowledge, ability to do mechanical work (simple ones)?Ability solves technical problems, find problems on a logical way?Ability to communicate with people/customer (reaction by problems, training customer)?Time flexible (sometimes working night and weekend)?Can work autonomous?Hotline support?Preparedness to go to Germany for one or two months for training?Ready to travel more than 50% of working time?Can handle stress situations, ability to handle different things on the same time 职能类别： 医疗器械维修人员
