职位描述： 地点：上海薪资15-25万/年具体内容：要求5年以上间接采购经验，丰富的供应商开发与管理经验，有医药行业背景，英语流利。Staff Qualifications:?Graduate having 5+ years experience in China Sourcing? 3+ years of indirect sourcing experience?Candidate to possess English & Mandarin skills?Experience in indirect operational sourcing with local Chinese suppliers?Hands on Experience on e-sourcing tools, SAP platform preferred?Good communication skills and writing skills to write research reports?Client facing & stakeholder management skillsKey Responsibilities:?Supervise Sourcing for indirect spend-Need identification, RFx Management, Strategy Creation, Negotiation and Final Decision on contract award up to a defined threshold?Manage the Req to Contract process and provide guidance on issues to client Buyers & Agents?Engage with supplier for contract negotiation & supplier management?Oversee all vendor Due diligence exercises and provide sign off prior to publication?Ensure proper reporting and communication management mechanism for success of the engagement.?I/D and implement best practices and process improvement opportunities?Ensure that SLA are met and resolve any escalated issues?Track savings delivered and Identification of opportunities for savings联系方式：Vivien WangEmail：vivien@China-genius.com电话：0411-3970 7291 职能类别： 采购员 药品市场推广主管/专员
