职位描述： Job description?Quantitative LC/MS/MS bioanalysis and method development of small molecules?Develop and conduct in vitro DMPK/ADMET assay?Analyze, trouble shoot and interpret the DMPK/ADMET data?Maintain accurate documentation of detail experiments and research results?Equipment calibration and maintenanceQualifications:?Master or bachelor degree in chemistry, biology or related discipline with 0-5 years of experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry?Hands-on experience with LC/MS/MS is required?Ability to follow protocols, SOPs and related policies and guidelines?Ability to troubleshoot and routine problems solve?Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and meet timelines efficiently and productively?Excellent interpersonal communication skills 岗位职责：?？负责LC/MS/MS生物分析及小分子化合物分析方法的建立?？参与DMPK/ADMET实验及实验方法的建立?？负责实验数据记录分析，报告撰写等?？项目或部门会议上汇报工作及讨论?？实验仪器的定期维护保养职位要求：?？化学或生物相关专业，硕士或者本科学历，有相关工作经验者优先考虑?？熟悉LC/MS/MS仪器?？对科研工作有热情及兴趣?？实验动手能力强，积极主动，责任心强?？有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
