职位描述： Brief description of service:The Antibody Purification Technician is responsible for new and replenishment RabMab products. Be involved in purification process optimization.Target:1.Daily work of antibody purification and corresponding affinity column preparation2.Monitor and adjust purification processes or equipment for quality and purification yield.3.Prepare and assemble materials.4.Set up and operate purification equipment accordance to SOP/GMP5.Prepare purification documents, such as standard operating procedures, manufacturing batch records.6.Internal and external communication.7.Perform additional duties and/or other projects as required or assigned.Skills and qualifications required:1.Biological sciences with 3 years academic, biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience required2.At least two years of experience in antibody or protein expression & purification3.Hands-on involvement and trouble shooting ability required4.Ability to rigorous logical thinking.5.Active and initiative work attitude for making progress relative independently6.Must be a highly responsible individual able to execute multiple efforts with high fidelity7.Ability to effectively manage and interpret data required8.Must be highly attentive to detail and well organized9.Skillful communication with colleagues and teamwork guidance10.Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary11.Excellent reading and writing in English with good oral English12.Positive attitude, solid work ethic and self-motivated individual desired13.Minimal Bachelor degree in life sciences required.
