职位描述： 岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for internal operation management of clinical service project and full-solution process.2. Successful candidate will closely manage multiple projects and product processes to make sure on time deliver with high quality and compliance.3. Candidate will work with our team of lab scientists, bioinformatics, medical professionals and commercial professionals to ensure necessary resources allocation and efficient communication for smooth project execution4. Assist with coordinating necessary trainings by field application group and customer service to field inquiries from established customers.5. Review analysis of product and services data with customer feedback to develop and present regular reports to communicate findings, business proposals, and recommendations for process optimization and enhancements, and operations and marketing strategies uniquely suited to the company’s processes6. Other responsibilities might be assigned when they are business critical. 任职要求 / Requirements:1. Mater or PhD with a thorough understanding in working in cancer or genomics2. Over 5 years of operation process development or project management experience in biotech3. Excellent presentation & communication skills4. Strong capability in logical and problem solving thinking5. The ability to work within a “team” environment relating to interactions with several departments in international company is vital6. Interest in servicing for patients is a must7.
