职位描述： Job Responsibilities: l Serve as a principal investigator / Senior Scientist in CDR group to support R&D studies or other product-oriented clinical projectsl Develop LC/MS based analytic methods to support the development of diagnosis kits for Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM).l Use Mass spec based technologies for biomarkers development to evaluate drug efficacy l Participate in the writing and reviewing of technical reports, SOPs, protocols or procedure etc.l Responsible for the overall conduct on LC/MS/MS project including sample analysis, data reporting, data documentation, and study archiveRequirements:l A M.S or Ph.D. in analytical chemistry/biochemistry with 1~3 years experience in Mass Spec analysis of either small molecules or proteinl Able to develop LC/MS based diagnosis kits for small molecular/peptide/large molecular biomarkersl Ability to learn new technologies and solve analytical problemsl Ability to work both independently and in a fast paced team environmentsl Strong organization and communication skills and effective interpersonal skillsl Experience and knowledge on IVD product development highly preferred 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
