职位描述： KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:1.Lead a set of program or enterprise level critical projects from initiation to close and being accountable for the successful delivery2.Define and create program/project plans including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities and quality as defined in the Project Management Methodology (PDM).3.Manage program/project budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risks, change management, and status to support effective decisions4.Manage relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure the effective capturing of business requirements and commitment to program/project objectives. Responsible for steering / stakeholder meetings, communication of status, issues, risks to all stakeholders at all levels5.Drive effective risks & issues management, ensuring processes are in place and effectively used. Ensure problems resolved and escalate as appropriate.6.Work with IT functional leaders to develop program and project resourcing strategies to ensure optimum support for projects and for operational activities7.Partner with business sponsors and IT internal delivery teams to define success criteria8.Build, lead, and coach multiple project teams throughout project lifecycles Ensure the project team adheres to all standards including PDM, security, compliance and quality, as well as work processes.9.Ensure expected benefits realization is consistent with project deliverables and clearly understood by stakeholders and project team.10.Manage suppliers to ensure delivery of agreed products and services while ensuring adherence to PDMREQUIREMENTS:1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels2. Excellent project management, organization, and team collaboration skills3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese4. Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills5. Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment6. Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability7. Strong team leadership skills8. Strong knowledge in one of the function areas among supply chain, R&D or sales & marketing9. Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall)10. In depth understanding of project delivery methodology11. More than +10 years of experience managing medium to big size of Programs/Projects ;PMP certified12.
