Information obtained will be used as a basis for evaluation of the position and to determine the relevant Aspen position class and the matching market pay data. This Job Description can also be used for a number of purposes including recruitment, salary administration, training and development, and performance management.POSITION INFORMATION:Position Title:__ Accounting Manager/Supervisor – PTPDepartment:__ FinanceLocation:__ Shanghai, ChinaReports To:__ Sr. Finance Manager, Shanghai, ChinaSubordinates:__ AP Accountant BASIC PURPOSE & JOB OBJECTIVES: Provide a general summary of work performed, including major overall end results and the key means by which the end results are achieved. Lead AP team to assist in finance AP function in Shanghai, ensure the T&E reimbursements, 3rd party and I/C payment activities are produced accurately and timely as required. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Describe the minimum years of work experience, technical skills, training and education required to perform this job competently.Years of Work Experience：More than 5 years relevant work experience in the financial professional fieldEducation Level：Bachelor Degree in finance related major.Specific knowledge/ Field of Study：Accountant certificate is preferred;              Work experience in pharmaceutical MNC will be preferred.Other Training/Technical Knowledge：Proficiency skills in Excel;          Yongyou experience is an advantage.Required (preferred) Language:Good communication skills both in Chinese & English.Soft skills:Reliable, honest and hard working;                 Team work;                 Strong interpersonal communication skills;                 Follow-through on details.INTERACTIONS: Describe the level of internal/external contact and the frequency/significance of these contacts in relation to the role.Internal Clients/Relationship: Regular contact with all departments throughout the company in China, including operation, sales, purchase, IT, HR, administrative as well as contact with Shanghai finance team.External Clients/Relationship: N/A.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Assign the % of time spent on the duty or task relative to total work time (at 5% increment per duty)ResponsibilitiesIn charge of payment process and payment compliance checking;Be able to receive, review, approve and process expense claim report, trade or non-trade payment;Take ownership for company payment process, authorization matrix setup, inspect any grant payment in accordance to local and corporate compliance policy;Good knowledge about local and corporate T&E policy;Maintain good document filing for easy retrieving and auditing;Check expense voucher to ensure that all the applications are in compliance with company policy;On-time payment handling;Intercompany AP reconciliation;Bank payment supporting preparation and release;Tax payment tracking.Other WorksOther ad-hoc finance administration jobs 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
