职位描述： Key Areas of Responsibility：— Involve the process of selecting and qualifying new suppliers includes but not limited to evaluate supplier technical, quality assurence capability and business risk.— Implement supplier quality performance rating and work with supplier for any opportinity of improvement.— Support and track supplier quality problem solving and follow up the SCARs actions.— Introduce new suppliers together with parts to support design and development NPI project.— MRB management and lead to handle production returned parts with suppliers.— Support to implement APQP/ PPA to new parts and perform supplier production line release.— Have good team work and leadership skill with cross functional team to manage supplier quality related program.Job Requirements & SkillsEducation: Bachelor degree or above, engineering background is preferredExperience: At least 5yrs work experience in quality function, exeprience in at least one area of machinical, injection, electronic processes is must. Experience in Supplier quality management in MNCs environment is preferred.Competency and Skills:- Familiar with ISO standards, ISO 13485 is preferred.- Familiar with skill of APQP and 8D and SPC quality tools.
