职位描述： Number of Subordinates：3DESCRIPTION:- Managing sales for Shanghai.- Manage and develop Field team (5 Sales Rep.) to ensure high quality visits and marketing strategy delivery.- Maintain communication among Field Force (sharing best practices)- Actively understand dynamics in market for products, feedback information to marketing and management to be incorporated in future programs- Gain management approval on proposed quarterly plans and feedback to Field Force- Develop high potential representatives for future greater responsibility- Comply with internal rules and regulations and Company policies and procedures including but not limited by Code of Business Conduct, Conflict of Interests Policy, Car Policy, Temporary Disability Policy and other relevant policies.QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum 5 years of strong sales track record as a Hospital Representative in healthcare industry (preferably with experience of handling specialty care products) as well as a proven track record of successful program development and implementation.? Over 2 years of commercial and people management work experience? Good knowledge of governmental health care system?
