Visit www.scbt.com to learn more about our exciting product lines and apply today to join our dynamic and growing team!SUMMARYEnglish & Manadrin speaking Technical Service Representatives provide molecular biology protocol support to domestic customers via e-mail and telephones; cooperating with our US division’s counterpart. This is an entry-level Technical Service position; training and career development will be provided.Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:?Assist Domestic customers in choosing appropriate reagents and optimizing protocols. ?Works with Domestic distributors on product selection and technical troubleshooting to ensure domestic customers’ satisfaction.?Translating marketing materials and other texts. ?Demonstrates confidence and poise when dealing with customers, peers, and managers. Works effectively as a team player, supporting and cross-training other staff members to ensure the highest levels of customer support. May assist in training other staff members.?Cooperating with our US counterpart departmentCandidate must have a scientific background with a Bachelor's Degree in biology or a related life science discipline. Prior technical service and/or lab experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Bilingual in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is a must. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
