职位描述： 岗位职责：1. 项目开始前，调研相关文献，设计合理的实验流程和估计工作量2. 负责蛋白结晶各个环节的工作，包括从晶体初始条件筛选到晶体冻存3. 在同步辐射光源线站收集晶体衍射数据4. 向项目经理和客户写报告5. 协调各个项目，和项目经理与客户沟通6. 训练新人，监督工作岗位要求：1. 生物化学与分子生物学专业，蛋白质晶体方向，硕士以上学历2. 掌握基于气相扩散的蛋白质晶体生长操作，包括坐滴法和悬滴法3. 熟悉蛋白晶体生长条件筛选技术，有使用自动化结晶筛选机器的经验4. 熟悉蛋白晶体优化的技术，包括生长条件的优化，晶体接种，晶体后期处理5. 能独立在同步辐射光源线站收集晶体衍射数据6. 懂得蛋白晶体数据处理和结构解析尤佳7. 良好的项目管理能力和团队领导力Group leader in protein crystallography / crystallization fieldResponsibilities:1. Before projects start, investigate related literature, design rational experiment protocol and estimate workload2. Conduct whole protein crystallization procedure, from crystal initial screening to harvesting crystals3. Collect crystal diffraction data at synchrotron beam lines4. Write report to project managers and clients5. Coordinate projects and communicate with project managers and clients6. Train new group members and supervise their workRequirements:1. Major in biochemistry and molecular biology, protein crystallography field, at least Master degree2. Master protein crystallization based on vapor diffusion, including sitting drop and hanging drop3. Familiar with protein crystallization condition screening, have experience on automatic crystallization screening setup machine4. Familiar with various technologies on protein crystal optimization, including optimization of crystallization condition, seeding, post-crystallization treatment and so on5. Collect crystal diffraction data at synchrotron beam lines independently6. Knowledge on data processing and structure determination is plus7.
