职位描述： 工作内容1.参与公司药物研发服务与蛋白分析工作，包括化合物筛选，活性测定，亲和力测定，化合物与蛋白作用，蛋白序列测定，蛋白修饰测定等；2.收集公司药物研发服务与蛋白分析的相关资料和文献；3.参与或负责药物研发服务与蛋白分析项目实验方案设计和操作，建立分析方法，仪器的组装，维修，保养，标准化，和对操作人员的培训；4.完成实验并提交完整实验报告，对结果进行分析总结；5.参与生物分析项目团队的建设与管理，提高项目完成效率。职位要求：1.分析化学，有机化学，生物化学，或药物化学本科及以上学历；2.熟悉分析仪器，最好具有使用质谱和液质连用（LC/MS或LC/MS/MS）的经验；3.熟悉未知物分析方法和结构测定，熟悉蛋白分析和结构测定；4.对现代新药发现方法，药物与受体的亲和力和酶生物化学有一定了解；5.主动积极，富有责任心和上进心，能独立解决问题，有较强的项目管理经验，具有优良的职业道德和团队协作精神，严谨，高效；6.熟练使用电脑、办公和有机及分析化学软件(Microsoft Office：Word，Excel，Powerpoint；ChemDraw；LC/MS系统软件；等) ； 7.此岗位本科、硕士都招。 职能类别： 医药技术研发人员 其他
