职位描述： Position Description1.Assume active role in implementing the company strategy and developing Customer Care initiatives.2.Achieve customer satisfaction to the highest standard, while maintaining set service levels. Resolve all customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Identify any potential shortcomings in the service provided and present solutions.3.Ensure effective communication throughout the organization. Maintain and develop relationships with key customers.4.Work effectively in a team and contribute to the success of business/team objectives.5.Manage, maintain, and process all tasks in an accurate, timely, and presentable manner following procedures when required.
