职位描述：岗位责任:1、领导并管理一个包括Ph.D.及硕士毕业生在内的5-10人新药研发团队;2、将负责领导团队完成体外药物方法建立和筛选项目；3、将负责领导开发新技术和方法;4、将主持或参与新的药物靶标调研和新项目的立项申请岗位要求:1、应聘者应具有生物化学、细胞生物学、或分子生物学的博士学位; 具有海外留学背景的优先考虑;2、具有在药企或大学从事5年以上的药物研发或科研工作经验.;3、具有良好的科研技术成果发表记录和工作业绩4、具有在心血管代谢类疾病、癌症生物学和免疫学方面的教育和研究背景的优先考虑;5、具有良好的领导能力、战略思维、执行力和优秀的与其他职能部门协作能力6、具有承担额外责任的能力；7、必须具备优秀的英文听、说、写沟通技巧职能类别：生物工程/生物制药
