职位描述： 工作职责：1、负责腹水或细胞上清中单克隆抗体纯化， 能熟练运用Protein A， Protein G等亲和填料纯化抗体；主要是研发阶段抗体纯化。2、能对纯化后的抗体进行SDS-Page，ELISA，FACS等验证。整理,记录实验数据。3、具有UPLC、HPLC 分析抗体经验/具有小鼠腹水制备或动物免疫经验/有细胞培养经验优先考虑。任职要求：1、生物相关专业， 本科学历。2、具有一定的抗体纯化经验或抗体检测经验，有蛋白纯化经验也可。3、积极向上，工作认真，有责任心。 职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员
