职位描述： Role Purpose:？Involves effective project management that applying to all projects identified by the CSO office.？Work independently as well as within a team, prioritize workload, and meet aggressive timelines.Responsibilities:？Track and manage all projects identified by the CSO office by working with individual project leads identified per each project. Ensure all projects progress as per agreed timelines.？Keep senior management updated on project status and progress regularly, using appropriate tools and templates.？Organize and lead regular cross functional project meetings to update and to identify and overcome challenges by outlining next steps and responsible persons.？Lead and train individual project leads in proper project management practices and skills？Create templates and tools for tracking projects and ensure individual project leads are trained in their use.Requirements？Life science degree？Certification in project management？Relevant background knowledge in clinical research and regulatory affairs？Good experience in project management？Good experience in clinical trial management？Effective communication skills and ability to work in teams, meet aggressive timelines.？Drive for results, good managing and measuring work, good abilities of process management, time management, planning, priority setting, etc.？Proficient in IT applications, good oral English. 职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员 临床研究员 关键字： CSO chief scientist PM clinic life science Pharm 医药 制药
