职位描述： Responsibility：1. Ensure medical governance? promotional materials and activities review? collaboration with commercial to make sure MKT activities in compliance (MA, MKT, feedback)? Ensure domestic scientific contents and activates appropriately to be aligned with the global strategy? timely report and drive the scientific solution for PV issue2. Leading and strategic planning evidence based medical activities to drive the business? Brand (core member) and Medical plan development (leading role)? Provide medical input in product strategic planning? Data generation (LCM, ISS, NIS management)? Scientific Publication? Scientific Communication (a. guider, supervise MSL communication;b. medical materials preparing; national KOL management)? Scientific Training to MKT/Sales force3. Cross function scientific support? Strategy input for China related product development? Medical input for in or out licensing activities? New product launch readiness? Cooperate with medical association, government agency and NGO from scientific aspects? Scientific support to market access? Scientific support to commercial team? Provide timely and high quality to other medical functional teamsQualifications ：Education:? Clinical Bachelor Degree or higher, relevant area preferredSkill:? Fluent English in literature reading, medical writing andcommunication? Excellent communication skill? Strategic thinking? Marketing sense (or good understanding of pharmaceutical business)? Project management? People management? Professional office software use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience:? A minimum of 5 year clinical experiences, Or?
