职位描述： 岗位职责:Job Description:1.Manage the selection and audit of CRO providers2.Identify the molecular and functional read-outs of vitro and vivo appropriate to the project3.Participate in the development of study protocols (pharmacology, dosages, mechanisms of action, etc.), follow-up studies with the CROs and the collection and analysis of data4.Ensure that deadlines are met5.Write or control the writing of the scientific reports of the studies and provide regular reporting to your direct leader6.Participate in the preparation of patent applications7.Maintain a scientific and technical watch8.Manage a team of project managers 任职资格:Job Requirements:1.Doctor of Biology (PhD), you master animal models in areas such as oncology or neuro / cardiovascular therapeutic areas with good experience in pharmacology2.Besides PhD, you have gained at least 3 years working experience in the research environment, including an ideal part of the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, where you have had the opportunity to manage studies and supervise providers3.Speak and write fluently English, fluency in Chinese and French would be preferred4.Personal qualities, skills, curiosity, rigor allowing you to integrate into our scientific team5.Enthusiastic, have a sense of result, willingness to travel and to invest in a dynamic and expanding structure 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发管理人员
