职位描述： 岗位职责:Job Description:1.Report directly to the CEO and responsible for the operational business with the scientist and economic management of the Joint-Venture2.Set comprehensive goals for growth and performance3.Management of resources in line with operational requirements (skills, budget) and legal obligations4.Manage relationships with partners/vendors and close cooperation with all internal departments (R&D and Finances) 任职资格:Job Requirements:1.At least 3 years working experience in international business with management of complex projects and processes.2.Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities to motivate and develop a team with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.3.Strong competencies in business development in the framework of R&D innovation within a strong intercultural environment.4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly flexible and resistant to stress, analytical and synthesis abilities.5.Highly goal oriented, fluent English (French would be preferred), willingness to travel.Location: Tianjin 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 科研管理人员
