职位描述： 岗位职责:Job Description:1.Be responsible of department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics2.Search and request of Genome-Wide Association Study (GWAS) data, analysis of GWAS and interpretation of results, implementation of analysis methods when necessary, mining of genetics databases (dbSNP, dbGAP, EntrezGene, OMIM …)3.Other Omics data analysis (Transcriptomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics)4.Database management and development, big biomedical data integration5.Analysis of biological networks and pathways6.Mining of databases for protein-protein and drug-target interactions (such as Ingenuity, Drugbank, String, HPRD …) 7.Drug research and development (clinical study design, drug combination analysis, meta-analysis) 任职资格:Job Requirements:1.PhD in Biostatistics will be considered as a minimal level2.Strong background in biostatistics and data analysis, have at least 3 years working experience in related industry3.Good knowledge of SQL / MySQL4.Good knowledge of Windows / Linux/ Office5.Knowledge of Python, Plink, bash, Perl and Latex Cytoscape are preferred6.Fluent in Chinese and English, French is preferred7.Willingness to travelLocation: Tianjin 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 临床数据分析员
